Serve guacamole with dukkah, olive oil and toasted flatbread as a delicious pre-dinner snack.
Makes: 500-750ml
Preparation time: 15 minutes
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 red chilli, seeded and finely chopped
• juice of 1 lime
• juice of 1 lemon
• freshly chopped coriander leaves, to taste
• salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 2-3 avocados, peeled and pip removed
Mix all the ingredients, apart from the avocado, in a mixing bowl. Add the avocado and carefully mash with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Serve.
