Asian style cooking uses high, consistent heat to seal in flavour and cook quickly.
The extra thick cast aluminum, 8 litre cooking surface retains heat even cooking large quantities. The 2400 watt element has a butterfly shape to distribute heat both high and low. The element is even infused up the walls of the wok. The result is true gas style heat with the convenience and versatility of a variable temperature electric probe. The base has a unique one touch slide bar to dismantle the wok and, together with the three coat titanium infused nonstick, it makes for easy cleaning.
